of Judges has reportedly disowned Justice Omotosho, declaring that he cannot be recognized as a qualified judge in matters where no valid written law is presented.

 

According to a senior official of the association, “No individual can lawfully sentence a citizen without citing the

specific law violated. Any judgment

delivered without a clearly established

legal foundation is automatically null and void.”

 

The association stressed that Nnamdi Kanu has not been legitimately sentenced,

insisting that “Until a written, recognized,

and constitutionally valid law is presented before the court, no judge has the authority

to pronounce any sentence.”

 

Another member added, “Judicial power is

not a weapon of intimidation. It must be guided strictly by law, evidence, and

fairness. Anything less is tyranny disguised
